Our owner and CEO is the founder of this company, Roy Sandoval. His experience in the construction career started in 1984 at the age of 14. Years have passed and he was able to obtain a General Contractors license from the City of Chicago and started his contracting business, FHB INC. Working years in the industry, he obtained his HVAC Contractors license and Certification in the early 2000’s and has dedicated most of his work to the HVAC industry.
